| You don't have to use a photo with your
tutor listing. But you can increase your visibility by displaying a photo with your listing.
Here's how to do it.

(1) Your
picture -- Choose a recent, clear head shot of yourself.
It can be from a digital camera or a scanned photo. Attach the digitized
picture in either .jpg or .gif format to an e-mail. A resolution
of 72 dpi or 72 ppi and a width of at least 125 pixels works best. [See below if you want us to do the
work for you.] Poor quality pictures or photos we deem inappropriate
will not be used. Don't worry too much about height and width -- pictures
larger than approximately 150 pixels wide will be professionally
cropped to size. The e-mail must contain your name, address and
phone number and the statement: "I attest that this is a photograph
of me." Send the e-mail to tutor@kidsboston.com.
(2) Payment
-- NO CHARGE. PHOTO PAYMENT WAIVED.
| You want
us to do it? -- We prefer receiving already-digitized
pictures. But if you want us to scan and crop your good-quality
paper photo, we will do so. Mail the photo to KidsBoston, PO Box 841,
Winchester, MA 01890. On a separate sheet, include your name,
address and phone number and the signed statement: "I attest
that this is a photograph of me." Do not write on the front
or back of the photo. Photos will be returned if you include
a stamped, self-addressed envelope. |

Make sure you have filled out and sent your tutor
registration form.
